Chicago Aerial Tours Cancellation Policy

Jetway Avition.com in association with the Jetway Aviation Network, cannot and does not assume responsibility for any delay or cancellation due to the following conditions. Adverse weather, regulatory restrictions, aircraft mechanical problems, or any other condition that in the opinion of Jetway Aviation, would compromise the safety of the flight. Customers may reschedule a Chicago aerial tour with 24 hours prior notice without penalty. Tours that are rescheduled without 24 hours prior notice will a charged a $75.00 administrative fee. Aerial tours must be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure but will incur a  $75.00 refund fee. Tours cancelled without 24 hours prior notice will not receive any refund, and will not be rescheduled for any future date or time. Customers that do not show up for their scheduled tour date and time will not receive any refund, and will not be able to reschedule their aerial tour for any future date or time.  Customers arriving fifteen minutes or more after their scheduled departure time will be considered a "no show".
