Jetway Avition.com in association with the Jetway Aviation Network, cannot and does not assume responsibility for any delay or cancellation due to conditions beyond its control including adverse weather, regulatory restrictions, aircraft mechanical problems, or any other condition that, in the opinion of Jetway Aviation, would compromise the safety of the flight.

Jetway Aviation reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger Jetway Aviation deems to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aircraft weight and balance limitations may limit the number and size of passengers. Jetway Aviation cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements.

Chicago Air Tours and TFR's Over Chicago

Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) is a geographically-limited, short-term, airspace restriction. Temporary flight restrictions often encompass major sporting events, natural disaster areas, air shows, space launches, and Presidential movements. Since 9/11, TFRs have been routinely used to restrict airspace for 30 nautical miles around the President, with a 10-nautical-mile (20 km) radius no-fly zone for non-scheduled flights. Large Presidential TFRs will close off nearby airports operations which include all Jetway Aviation aerial tour service hubs such as Schaumburg Airport, Dupage Airport, and Chicago’s Executive Airport.
